We took part in the 45th anniversary celebration of the Latvian forestry men\u2019s choir Silvicola, listened to the concert, and sang as well. Our joint piece was Mihkel L\u00fcdig\u2019s \u201cKoit\u201d \u2014 performed by a combined choir of 50 singers, it sounded truly powerful and manly!<\/p>\n<p>The birthday celebration and concert were held at the Imanta Cultural Palace, which really did live up to its name.
